Fence at Campfield Square shops

I have received complaints from residents about the gap in the fence on Nursery Road at the Campfield Square shops.

It has been like this for some time and is becoming a bit of an eyesore due to the build up of all the rubbish, as can be seen from the photograph.

 I have asked the environment department if this area can be tidied up. I also intend to contact the owner of the land to ask if it would be possible to have the fence repaired.
